Braeswood Vision is a neighborhood optical which provides eye exams, contact lens fittings, eyeglasses and sunglasses, and other optical services. It was established in 1980 and it is locally owned and operated.
Expert Care
When you visit our office, you will be warmly welcomed and we can answer any questions you may have about completing the paperwork so that our Doctors may see you promptly. With the use of Optomap, a Digital Retinal Image technology that provides an ultra-wide field view of the retina, our doctors have the ability to see many health conditions that could be missed otherwise. After reviewing with you, your images are archived and used to monitor your eye health and overall wellness from year to year. Our team will work together to evaluate your eyes and provide relevant eye care treatment information, review your vision benefits and payment options, fit you for glasses or contact lenses, and focus on exceeding all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about the process or your specific health information, please ask!
Patient Information & Forms
Please bring the following to your appointment – list of your current medications, current eyeglasses, current prescription sunglasses (even if broken or rarely worn), any contact lens information if wearing contacts, previous eye doctor’s info. Please review, print and fill out any pertinent forms to save time before your appointment!
